I worked at “CAMP Ala-Too” for realization of the project “Sustainable Geosystem development for use of natural resources in Central Asia” within GIZ programs. I created geodatabase for two provinces of Kyrgyzstan for Naryn and Batken areas. Within this project was consisted of water resources, pastures, settlements, types of vegetation, geo-botanic, and others.
Experience
The Department of Cadastre and Registration of Rights to Immovable Property under the State Registration Service under the Kyrgyz Republic Government
After my graduation I start my work in the Department of cadaster and registration of rights to real estate under Kyrgyz state registration service. I worked as GIS specialist and we did big World Bank projects in Land and real estate registration. We designed automated land registration system with ArcGIS and open source software. We made may digital maps and geodatabases for government. I did map digitization and georeferencing with GPS points and paper maps, also did geodatabase development work.After finishing World Bank projects we have a new GIS Centre in the Department of cadaster and registration of rights to real estate under Kyrgyz state registration service. I was working a Leading GIS specialist in this center.
